Who is responsible

Requests about Villa Mint Satu and Villa Mint Dua in Seminyak are forwarded to the separate company that operates them, which handles them under its own responsibility.

What we collect and why

Bookings and offers: name, email, phone number, country, number of guests, your messages, arrival details and payment status, to manage your stay.
Contact form and emails: what you send us, to answer you.
Chat in your guide: your messages and any files you send, to look after you during your stay.
Visits to our websites: anonymous statistics (pages viewed, clicks, country, device type and which website or campaign a visit came from) without cookies and without storing your IP address, to improve the site.

Card payments

Payments are processed by DOKU (PT Nusa Satu Inti Artha, Jakarta). Your card details go directly to DOKU; we never see or store them. We only receive confirmation that a payment went through.

Who else receives data

We never sell your data. We share it only with the services we need to run your booking:

DOKU (payments, Indonesia)
our web and email hosting (servers in Germany and the EU)
WhatsApp, if you contact us there
a translation service for chat messages (OpenAI, USA), so our team can answer you in your language

Some of these services store data outside Indonesia. We choose providers with appropriate safeguards.

Cookies

Our booking site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser only remembers small settings for the site itself. Embedded YouTube videos are loaded from Google, which may set its own cookies when you play them.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records as long as Indonesian tax and accounting law requires (up to 10 years). Messages and requests that did not lead to a booking for 2 years.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent you have given. Write to welcome@bali.place; we answer as quickly as possible. We follow Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).
